What Should I Do If My Toddler Has Had A Cold, Runny Nose, And Cough For 10 Days With No Improvement Despite Treatment?

Hi Doctor! My 16 month old boy is suffering from cold and runny nose with heavy cough for about 10 days. I have met 2 doctors regarding this. Currently taking levosalbutmol sulphate,betnosol,and relent cold syrup but no improvement. Whatt should I do?
