What Should I Do If The Rubber Tip From My Preparation H Applicator Is Stuck In My Rectum?

Hello, I have been using preparation H for hemorrhoids. It comes with a plastic tip that dispenses the medication, and covering that is a little rubber tip. Today that little rubber tip got stuck in my rectum. I had put the medicine in after I had a bowel movement, but did have a small one after but it didn t come out. I was wondering if I could use a fast acting suppository or if that will push it in further. I DO NOT want to go to the hospital. What is my best course of action?
