What Should I Do Next If Duralast For PE Was Ineffective After 4 Weeks Of Use?

Hi my age 31 male married for PE i was prescribed duralast 30 mg for 4 weeks after dinner along with some multivitamin but in my case it was not effective what to do next? I have no prior history of any disease,i workout regularly drink 3.5 litres of water daily
