What Should I Do To Address Extreme Fatigue For Years, With Reduced Energy And Slightly Elevated Bilirubin?

Hi sir, i am tired for years and dont have sufficient energy at all, i can have sex only after a long period of time like after 12 days with my wife, my age is 31, these problems arised when i was only 24. Before that if i would mastrubate even 5 times a day it was no problem, i was very energetic. Have done all tests and they came normal except my liver tests, which shows a little higher bilirubin levels and sometimes i feel ache at my right side, and left side when sleepen on left side. And feel ache also on right side when i use to drink carbohydrates like coca cola or pepsi. I think the only problem i have is with my liver, ultrasound shows a normal liver but blood test shows higher level of bilirubin. What should i do to cure myself ? Haven t took any prescriptions for my liver until now. At the past times fasting was helping me very much, but now even fasting is not helping that much.
