To get rid of the marks you will have to do acne scar surgery/ dermaroller treatment/laser treatment. Your doctor should see your scars and decide on the required treatment.

a ret work well on acne and not muchh on scar or marks.
peeling,microderma,dermaroller are good option,go for it
