What Should I Do To Get Relief From Balanitis Besides Taking Hydrocortisone And Clotrimazole?

I m sufferring from balanitis.i have used 1% hydrocortisone and clotimazole alternately for more than week but their is no sign of improvement. More over i have completed one course of doxycycline ....what can b the real cause and what should be done next??

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to bacterial / fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics / anti-fungal can help you. Also, check your blood sugar. If not circumcised, you need to do it.
