What Should I Do To Get Relief From My Painful Swollen Foot Which Is Red And Warm To Touch ? I Have Antithrombin III Deficiency

I have antithrombin III deficiancy and I woke up this morning with a sore foot where the ball of my foot is The pain has gotten worse over the day and now that area of the foot is swollen quite red and discoloured and warm to touch All the symptoms of a clot Would it be wise to go to emergency to get it checked out
