What Should I Do To Get Rid Of Ear Clogging Post Vomiting?

Last night my nose was somewhat stuffed, and I vomited. When I was vomiting I felt an intense pain in both my ears. After I vomited my nose was completely blocked. I physically couldn't breath out or in my nose. After an hour I used nasal spray which worked for my nose but as soon as I blew my nose both my ears clogged up. Its been 14 hours and both my ears are still clogged. What should I do?

hello. it is likely that the eustachian tube ( tube between your ear and nose) is blocked and i would recommend you take steam and use nasal decongestant drops like oxymetazoline 0.1% for opening it up. meanwhile, avoid blowing your nose. thanks
