My eyes r gone inside little much coz of using computer a lot & i want to bring them up

Usually this thing is not find eith extensive use of computer.
You might have malnourishment and multiple vitamin deficiencies.
Take high nourishing diet and multivitamin supplements and Iron.
Take plenty of water.
If require consult ophthalmologist to rule out any degenerative disease.
