What Should I Do To Pass A Piece Of Plastic I Accidentally Swallowed, Given My History Of Ulcerative Pancolitis And Diverticulosis?

Hello, I was eating a salad by the pool with a plastic fork when I accidentally swallowed a piece of the fork after it broke while I was chewing about 4 days ago. I have Ulcerative (chronic) pancolitis and diverticulosis of large intestine without perforation or abscess. Most the inflammation is in my transverse and descending colon. I do feel a little discomfort in the upper left side where the transverse and descending colon connect. Can you please tell me the best things to do to make sure I pass it thru my system? Any guidance would be much appreciated so thanks in advance.
