What Should I Do To Reduce Body Odour?

Anti bacterial soaps are not the really involved in the reducing the body odor, and it is a myth. But some astringents do block the sweat pores, and allow totally block of sweat, so that urea splitting do not happen which is responsible for the body odor, added to the excretion of food residues, like garlic extract.

Thank you for your question. I will try to answer you.
Usually the best way to reduce body odor is through prevention. First of all, try to keep dry those parts where you do sweat a lot. Bacteria find it hard to be in dry areas of the body.
It is good to apply the antiperspirant at bedtime, as this gives the product a bigger chance to work while you are nor sweating. Be careful that deodorants mask the smell of the sweat, they do not prevent sweating, while astiperspirants reduce sweating.
Be careful with your diet with strong-smelling foods and fatty foods.
Shave regularly in the areas that you have sweat.
You can try hydrogen peroxide and water to reduce body odor. You can mix one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide with one cup of water, and wipe this to the affected areas.
If your sweating is severe you can start some iontophoresis treatment which do really work, and if anything doesn`t help you can consider botulinum toxin injections, but surely after talking to your doctor.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to contact me again if anything is unclear.
