Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Scalp pimples is mainly due to bad hygiene. You need head bath regularly. Avoid putting hair products much like gel and cream. Avoid sun exposure. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. It is possible fungal infection of scalp may be there. Show to a Dermatologist and get required treatment after being examined thoroughly. Get blood pressure if frequent infections.
