What Should I Do When I Am Experiencing Popping Sounds, Dizziness, And Mild Headaches During Workouts While I Am Into Weightlifting?
I’m a 22 year old male and a weightlifter. A few days ago I was lifting weights and felt a popping sound at top of my head and got dizzy at the moment. It didn’t last long but I had some pressure in my head while I finished the workout. I worked out the next day without any problems. Then today started to work out and same thing a popping and dizziness but this time seemed to be coming from the back of my head. I stopped working out and came home but do have a slight headache but also haven’t eaten yet today. No dizziness. I’m out of town right now and was wondering what I should do?
