What Should Meprate Be Substituted With For Menstrual Cycle Regularization?

hi... m married and having a 10 month old baby. my menstrual cycle are usually regular +/- 2-3 days. But this time its almost 5 days that i m not having my cycle and there is no chance of pregnancy. earlier(4months ago) i had meprate 10mg....pls advice. M in bahrain ...pls provide a substitute for meprate.
