The normal pH of blood is 7.4(+/-0.05).
Saliva is a bit more acidic and the pH typically ranges from 6.2 to 7.4 and varies at different time of the day.
Urine pH is also variable. Urine is slightly acid in the morning, (pH = 6.5 - 7.0) generally becoming more alkaline (pH = 7.5 - 8.0) by evening in healthy people.
However, change in urine pH may not necessarily be in the same direction as that of blood pH. E.g. In case you develop
acidosis, your blood pH goes down. But, your urine pH may rise depending upon the underlying mechanism/cause of acidosis.
