What Should Be Done For A Coma Patient Of 6 Months?

My brother in law is in coma since last 6 months. He is under nurology treatment but no doctor wants to come home to see and its impossible to take him to hospital or check up. Its in Cuttack (OIrissa) What would be the right thing to do now.
