What Should Be Done For Severe Vomiting In A Child?
Hello Dr. My 4 yrs daughter is omitting since last hour. Almost 4/5 times. Since its around 4:30 in the morning no clinic is opened yet. We have cyclopam syrup at our home. Should I give her a dose? She was recently a 3 weeks back undergone the treatment for same reason while Dr had prescribed this medicine. Kindly let me know. ..

It seems that she might be having gastritis giving rise this problem.
As you got Cyclopam syrup, you can give, it might give some relief as it is antispasmodic producing some release of spasm.
But it is advisable to give her syrup Ondem as it is for vomiting.
After vomiting stops give her enough water.
