Height and weight are mainly depends on heridatory
you have to start these medicnes
1. Ashwagandharishta 5 ml twice aday aftert meal
2. Asheliyo churna 1 grams twice day
3. Karshya churna twce a day for 1 gram with milk
also have to start Tadasan ( Yoga Posture)
and push ups and also pull ups.
Cycling is also use full for you.

Normally height increase between age of 14-21yrs but you are over this age there is less chance of increase your height at this time. But you can gain your weight. The wight couldnt gain due to may reasons like wise your nutrition intake, mental status and social status. Enough calorie, protein diet, nutrition is necessary for you satisfactory gain of weight. find reason of weight loss before treatment
