What Should Be Done If Dog Locked Arm But No Bite Mark?

Hello my dog locked my arm 9 hours ago and waggled it around just like i was his toy and wondering what i should do its swollen and it feels cold also cant lift boxes or coffee pots for my work and also the dog left barely no bite mark or didnt go thru my skin what should i do ?

Rabies is 100% fatal but it is100% preventable by proper and adequate treatment.

As you were locked by the dog which has lead to some swelling in your body but thete is no bite marks in your body. According to WHO Categories this is categoried into Cat II.

I would suggest you to follow
1. Wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Take active immunization with anti rabies vaccine on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 28.
