What Should Be Done If Having Irregular Heartbeat, Chestpains, Burning During Urination, Low Potassium Levels?

I am a 29 year old female. I ve had an irregular heartbeat for a while. Lately I ve been having chest pains and burning when I urinate. I thought I had a UTI but I ve been on amoxicillin for a week and still burning. The doctor called today to tell me that my potassium level was 5.4. Should I be worried and what should I do? What could be going on with my body?

High potassium levels are usually indicative for kidney disease. Your heartbeat can be caused from elevated potassium level. And also you have burnings during urination which can be the sign of UTI.
My advice to you will be to undergo kidney ultrasound, to perform urin analyses, blood analyses for urea, creatinine.

Hope I could help you.
Wish you good health.
