What Should Be Done To Cure The Sore Lump On Bum?

I have a really sore lump on my bum which is sore to touch and sore when I sit but I can't see what it looks like, it's not near my anus. I had one before a few months ago but it went away after a while, can you please suggest what I can do or what could I do?

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of furuncle/bacterial infection of the hair follicle.

If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to take an oral antibiotic (penicillin group e.g Amoxycillin in combination with clavulanic acid) for a week

You could apply a topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin is available OTC.

An OTC pain killer once or twice daily would help you deal symptomatically with the pain.

regards
