Hello

Fatty liver is a reversible condition. It is often seen in diabetic patient due to metabolic disorder. It is due to deposition of fat within the liver cells.Fatty liver may also be due to many other reasons like obesity, sedentary life style, altered lipid profile, hepatitis etc.

You need few more investigations like routine hemogram, lipid profile, liver function test.
It is good that you are following dietary restrictions. You may need to take few medicines after proper evaluation.
You should also increase your physical activity and go for brisk walk.

Get well soon.
Take Care
