What Should Be Done To Prevent A Miscarriage When The Fetus' Growth Stopped During Early Pregnancy?

I m 30 years old. I had 2 miscarriages. Doctor says that those was week pregancies that could not b grow properly. And miscarry automatically. It happens when pregnancy time period increase but baby does not grow.. not heart no heart beat etc. Last time doctor sujjust me to take injections course and baby grow but growth was slow.. I want to conceive and want baby .. What should i do?

Hi,

If the fetus has stopped growing and there is no heart beat on an ultrasound scan then detailed blood investigations and chromosomal studies are needed to find out the cause of miscarriage.
