What Should Be Done To Save Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor,
I am five week pregnant .in june 2011 i got a left ecotopic pregnancy .By the medicine it been solved no surgery was happened. Now after five month i am again pregnant. But preganancy is done in lower end of the cavity. Doctors give me injestion susten 200 and inj. corion 5000 in 5 days of gap+ i am taking tab.folvite and tab.zincovit once a day and tab duphaston 10mg twice a day. can my preganancy has to be saved. what should we do to save my pregnancy.
