What Should Be Done When An Elderly Patient Is Improving With Treatment For Bullous Pemphigoid Without A BPAG-1 ELISA Test?

My 72 yr old grandmother is suffering from as doctor described bullous pemphigoid she is given zempred azoran teczine tenovate cream Ocid capsules and vitamin d3 capsule (per week ) and pottasium permanganate crystal and water mix bandages but she has not conducted test for bpag 1 ELISA because test is not conducted due to lockdown and not availability at a private lab but her condition is improving what to do ??
