What Should Be Done When Fetus Is In Breech Position?
hi this is samreen from pakistan i just want to know that as i have been told by my healthcare that i am having 37 week of pregnancy and my placenta is anterior upper segment and my baby is not fixing her head till now. some times it cephalic some time it shows breech.doctors are confused as well as me also.please guide me

Having breech is not a problem.
But as you are saying still the presentation is changing, we expect that you are having lot of amniotic fluid.
As you are past 37 weeks, and baby is fully mature, its good to go for Ceser immediately.
Also are you having any pains? Ask your doctor to be ready with few pints of blood in case opting for cesar
