Hi
Thanks for contacting HCM for your health problems.

May I know since howlong you are on ciplar 40?
It is given to prevent further attacks of migraine. If it alone is not effective than other prophylactic drug is added like flunarizine, valproate etc. To alleviate pain of acute migraine attacks paracetamol and/or caffeine is effective. If still persist sumatriptan can be used for acute attacks.

I hope this information will help you.

Regards
Dr hiren
