What Should Be The Dosage Of Mylan In A 52-year-old?

I am a 52 year old female with a cholesterol level of 278 my blood pressure and other labs where ok I nhave recently been dx with breast cancer and was put on a medication mylan 20 mg daily and it finished putting me through menopause what is the best course of treatment

Hello,

The initial dose: 2 to 3 mg orally per day administered 2 to 3 times per day. Maintenance dose: 1 to 2 mg orally 2 to 3 times a day.
