What Should Be The Dosage Of Macox Plus After Taking RHEZ For 2 Months?

For how mutch time and in what doses i should take macox plus( rifampicin and isoniazide) after taking RHEZ FOR TWO MONTHS? I have taken rifampici, isoniazide, pyraniazide and ethambutol for two months for TB treatment. in which doses and for how mutch time should I take macox plus(isoniazide and rifampicin)?

It depends on the site of TB infection. If it is lungs (without any complications like fluid collection outside lungs), then duration of Macox plus will be 4 months
