hi, normal blood pressure level in adult person is 120/80 mmhg. and normal pluse rate is around 72 per minute. you have slightlu low blood pressure and high pulse rate. so, you are suffering from hypotension, consult your doctor and search for nthe cause of hypotension and take treatment accordingly.
