Hi... Diabetes need strict lifestyle modifications... Dietary changes in the form of low sugar and low cholesterol diet is essential.. Diet must include lots of vegetables.. Avoid fruit juices... Vegetable juices are better instead.. coffee, tea and milk has to be consumes without added sugars or with sugar free.... Follow up with good exercises..
