What Should I Do As I Am Having Swelling Around My Nose Where Nose Piercing Was Done?

I HAD MY NOSE PIERCED ALMOST A YEAR AGO. SINCE THEN EVER SO OFTEN THE ARE AROUND THE PIERCING BECOMES SWOLLEN AS WELL AS IT OOZES INFLAMMATION. I HAVE TRIED SWITCHING THE NOSE JEWELRY MANY TIMES I HAVE ALSO TRIED TE SALT WATER STUFF WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE

Hello,
There can be two causes --
Allergic reaction to some material of jewellary , try to put gold jewellary it causes least reaction.
Secondly there could be some infection , you need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines and anti inflammatory enzymes to decrease the swelling.
Consult an ENT specialist and get treatment.
