What Should I Do For Nausea And Tiredness?

Good mornings doctors........ i passing loose motions from morning . n took eldoper and after that i vomitted n i took pan d . i had a severe ache so took 02 tablet n drank a glass of electral powder ....now im eelin very tired n feeling giddinees n nausea....... what i have to do now.....

Hello
For loose motion you took eldopar and vomited and took panta-D , also took electral powder .
Now nausea , giddiness , weakness all these symptoms may be due to heat exhaustion or low grade food poisoning . When such type of patient visit with these symptoms I usually advise them intravenous Ringer lactate + electrolyte-M solution till complete recovery , nothing by mouth till vomiting . Ondansetrone 2 ml in first drip and this will overcome vomiting . Ranitidine are added in drip for nausea and hyper acidity . Once vomiting is under control I advise patient to take doxycyclin 200 mg in single dose .
Since all these drugs are prescription drugs so please consult a physician and get his opinion.
