What Should I Do For Swelling And Pain In Scrotum?

Hi I am 55 years old male .one and half year back i had pain and swelling in my scrotum and met doctor .he checked me and done surgerry to removed one side scrotum . But now i have the same issue .So i met the same doctor onceagain he advising me to do the surgerry.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is very unusual that without any pathological reason how one could remove the testis if this is being happened the removes part should be sent for the histopathological examination, hope information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
