What Should I Do For The Pimples On Face Appearing After Doing Masturbation?

Hi. I ve been addicted to masterbation since a couple of years now. What I m worried about is that as soon as I m done at night, pimples with puss are there on my face in the morning. How should i prevent this from happening? Secondly, I ve lost alot of power because of masterbation! I can t work out properly, my hands and legs are always shaking. Please help me out.

While I do empathise with your state of affairs, may I categorically state that masturbation does not give rise to either pus filled boils in the morning nor does it contribute to the weakness described.
