What Should I Do To Get My Hormone Level Back To Normal?

To Dr.Krueger - I tested my hormons and found that my growth harmon value is very less 0.6. I am 37 year old. I did not faced really a problems but now what I should do to bing this hormon back to normal.Is it required? What would be advantage or benefits o bring back it to normal?

Also my testosterone level was decreased to 200.I am taking now sustanon 250mg to increase that level.Please advice.Thanks in advance.
