What Should I Do To Get Relieved From Vertigo Like Symptoms?

I have a quick on set of Vertigo type symptoms. If I bend over everything starts spinning. Sitting back up then causes nausa with vomiting. I am not on any meds. I am 52 Yo female.. this is the first time this has happened. No pain.. It started last evening. What should I do to relieve this...

Some times patient confuse in dizziness & vertigo.
Dizziness is defined as a sensation of faintness , lightheadedness or unsteadiness While vertigo has a rotational spinning component:it is the perception of movement either of the self or surrounding objects.
Now about the vertigo .
Reasons may be , these includes.
1 Hypertension or hypotension , get in examination of blood pressure at the time of next episode.
2 Hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia ( low level or high level of sugar ) both causes vertigo ,but if blood sugar level is very high it may causes vertigo while mild degree low level also produces vertigo . Get in blood sugar examination.
3 In female anemia is another most common cause of vertigo , so please get in hemoglobin level examination.
In my opinion consult physician and get his opinion . Good luck.
