What Should I Do To Get Rid Of Small Skin Colored Bumps On Face Which Grows After Chicken?
i have this small skin colored bumps in my face , it only appeared yesterday ,when i eat to much chicken it grows but im not allergic to chicken before but when i take my medicine that kills rash it become calmer than before and some of them disappear ,, but still i have this bumps what should i do?

Hi skin coloured bumps on the face after eating chicken can be furunculosis.it is a bacterial infection caused mainly by staph aurues.it is mainly due to wet conditions.
It can be cured by curam 625 mg thrice daily .antiinflammatory agent and application of mupirocin ointment twice daily after saline compressors

After reading your query the closest possibility of your problem appears to be "urticaria" or commonly known as hives. This is a condition caused by bursting of allergy producing cells known as "mast cells". As the chemical inside them is released causes the kind of rash which you mentioned.
The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
You can apply medium potency steroid cream application such as mometasone or fluticasone cream. You can take antihistamine benadryl or loratadine by mouth.
If it is increasing then can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
