What Should I Do To Slow Down The Side Effects Of 'vyvanse'?

I do not have ADHD but took a 70 mg Vyvanse yesterday morning around 8:30 and did not sleep last night. I took it again this morning at the same time but had a panic attack the might before. I am experiencing shortness in breath. What should I do to slow down the side effects?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. If you are sure that you do not have ADHD, then why you are taking Vyvanse at such a high dosage? Vyvanse is used in the treatment of adhd and belongs to the drug class CNS stimulants. Vyvanse 70 mg has a high potential for abuse. Let me warn you that abuse of the drug may lead to severe psychological or physical dependence.

In my opinion, you should immediately discontinue the medicine and take the advice of an expert psychiatrist.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
