What Should One Do When Their Friend Feels Like Barking Like A Dog A Decade After Being Attacked By A Dog Without Injury?

Hello Sir Approx 10years back one dog had attempted to cut on one of my friend s back and he was in jins pant. As per doctors suggestions due to not cut he has not taken any injection. But now some times he feels like dog and bark n all. Kindly suggest accordingly. Regards
