What Should The CBC Level Be After Suffering A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage that resulted in me losing a lot of blood before they determined the products of of baby were still inside. My cbc was 12 and two hours later was 8...I have a horrible headache is that normal? And what can I do to get my blood levels back to normal? How long will that take?
