Hi,
To correct you first thing it is F.H.S which means fetal heart sound. I.e. the heart beat of your baby.
It can be heard and recorded in different ways. Stethoscope, hand held Doppler, ultrasound scan or non stress test(NST).
The normal range is 110-150 per min. If its more then the baby is moving in-utero.
If it is less, there may be foetal distress. Head compression, cord prolapse etc.
