What Should We Do About Persistent Cough Despite 6 Days Of Azithral And Asthalin, With Elevated Lymphocytes In A Toddler?

hi, my baby having 24 months old. she has fever in last january month and after taking antibiotic fever nomal and after one week sometime coughing is there.cough is coming one timin per day or some time after 2 days. we have seen a Dr. and tested x ray and blood samples and found lymphocytes is 71 and next all parameter ok as per doctors. dr. prescribed medicine of azitharal and asthalin and above medicine continued last 6 days but till now coughing is not cure. what to do next pl help.
