What Should We Do After Improper Ilizarov Use Caused Prolonged Pain, Nerve Damage, Limited Mobility, And Depression From A Mismanaged Thigh Fracture?

Hi, my friend had an accident on march 2020. until now still not finished treatment. next month there will be another thigh surgery because his bones are bent. he wore ilizarov for 7 months. now only know exactly how to use that. doctors use it wrong way all this time. the screw should be rotated 4 times a day but not made that way. The doctor took a few week till months to check or adjust the screws. what appropriate action should we take? my friend is not a robot with no pain. He tormented. His part of the body on the right area broken badly & shattered. now it s been too long, the nerves have also been badly damaged. his movement is limited. he was depressed and many times tried to commit suicide.
