What Should We Do If We Accidentally Consumed Food Cooked With Zandu Parad Tablets Containing Mercury And Khatika?

By Mistake, if i and wife have consumed food cooked with 1 PARAD Tablets which we found in tact and somewhat dissolved but tablet was detected in smaller circular form , what will happen? Tablet contain are Mercury 30 MG, Khatika 60MG? Tablets are called as ZANDU PARAD Tablets. Use in household for protecting grains like RICE, WHEAT etc.. Please advise at the earliest..
