Hi, My Child has been Vomiting since 2 days and we gave him Rabtac Syrup 5ml twice, now the Vomiting has stopped and he has developed diarrhoea, We gave him Nutrulin B syrup 5ml, however he has still been passing loose stool and keeps crying of pain. Pls advice. The stool is pale green and watery
