I have quitted tobacco 28 days back..Nw i have is fennel insted of tobacco...But i actually consume fennel in a large quantity...Does it also have side effect.....
And am still finding it very difficult in opening my mouth..Can you please suggest me a paste or gel..

You may have developed retromandibular area swelling so be careful.need to visit ent surgeon soon. Steroids injections are ususlly required.
