hello sir,

i am 23 yrs old , not married yet ..i want to know the solution for the strechmarks as i am having them on my legs lower back ,shoulders and with i dont feel comfortable and confident in wearing many clothes..sir pls tell me the solution through which i can get rid of it or can reduce it

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Stretch marks are notorious to treat.
Though various OTC products and medications claim to be useful only very few have stand out to be effective in actual studies.
I usually recommend multi-modal management i.e home-based treatment with procedural treatment at clinic. Try applying tretinoin 0.1% gel at bedtime.
Also apply glycolic acid 12% cream in evening.
Apply vit E rich cream or oil (Markline cream, E-vit Oil)in morning.
Procedures like Yellow peel/Chemical peeling, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, Mesotherapy can be tried for augmented results.
