Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lymphoma of bones can be arising from the bones or may have metastasized from some other site.
A biopsy along with immunohistochemistry are required to typify the lymphoma.
Once the type of lymphoma is determined by these investigations, appropriate treatment will be started.
Treatment of lymphoma is primarily with chemotherapy.
The prognosis of lymphoma and response to treatment will depend on the type of lymphoma.
During this whole process, nutrition of the patient needs to be maintained well.
Supportive and emotional support also needs to be given.

Thanks and take care
