What Suppositories Are Advisable In The Absence Of The Pituitary Gland?

My Husband has no pitutary gland. What should he be using to help this problem? He has been taking testostrone but now his doctor says his PSA is to high. He has had a procedure on his prostrate. They put clips in so his ureather has more room. There is no sigh of cancer.
